The service
Aura provides AI-assisted travel planning, saved itineraries, PDF exports, and related account features. The service is offered as planning guidance and does not itself confirm reservations, availability, pricing, safety, visas, or entry requirements.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing itinerary details, checking current information with airlines, hotels, venues, and public authorities, and making decisions appropriate for your circumstances. Do not rely on Aura alone for medical, legal, immigration, or safety decisions.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate account information and keep access secure. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are governed by the checkout terms and Stripe customer portal available to you.
AI-generated content
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your trip. You receive a starting point to review and edit, not a guarantee. We may improve or change the models and product features over time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s trips, interfere with the platform, submit unlawful content, or use Aura to make high-risk decisions where professional advice is required.
